"Jackie Queally, with her profound historical knowledge, unique and impressive personality, is able to create a special atmosphere on her tours, make them rich with information, sightseeing and excitement."

Michel Rushanksy, St Petersburg

"I've done the Cairnpapple Hill, Merlin & Ancient Edinburgh/Rosslyn tours. I always feel on such a high the day after your trips that when I've done them all I'll probably start at the beginning again!"

Anne Mitchell, Biochemist, Scotland

These trails are to ancient sites close to Edinburgh but in beautiful countryside. They include short walks from the vehicle and can be adapted for each group/ individual.

The natural sites include Iron Age forts and wells, fairy hills and lochans.

The man-made sites include cairns and standing stones, pre-Reformaion churches, hospices and abbeys, graveyards, ancient carvings, castles, monk's cells, and ruins.

Jackie has the ability to make the ancient sites come alive for you, as she relates the historic connections between the places you visit.

She has a wide knowledge of early Scottish history and Celtic mythology, and a deep sensitivity to the earth energies inherent in the local landscape. She is delighted to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with you. If none of the normal tours suit your interests then you can book a tailor-made tour or one of her special day trails in Scotland
